Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags must be on if applicable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you purchased gift boxes and/or any items that have been gift wrapped, customized, or personalized, it cannot be returned or refunded.
If you are local, the item may be returned by drop off. Communication via email to email@example.com is required prior to.
If not, you are responsible for any shipping costs.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you are a recipient of gifted product, refunds may only be issued to the purchaser and incurred shipping charges are not refundable. They will have to pay for shipping and handling of the return. All items must be returned within 30 days from the order date.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Sale items and Personalized Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, Unfortunately sale items and personalized items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To be eligible for an exchange in size, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags on If applicable. It also has to be in stock, so please ensure proper communication is completed prior to starting your exchange process.

Please Note: We inspect each item prior to shipping for quality assurance to ensure there aren't any product deficiencies. Pictures of the defective item as soon as received will have to be provided by email for proof.
If there is a mass sale, it is final and there are no refunds or exchanges.
Also, during this pandemic, unfortunately we can not accept returns in any form (exchange/refund) at this time until further notice.
